This Is True- No Beef

From my own experience, when I stopped eating beef, within the first month (without working out), I recall feeling lighter,  and not so tired- which I didn’t know what it was, until (of my opinion with some facts)it was known, my body was not working so hard anymore to breakdown foreign intake, while at the same time trying to find a way to make use of something so regular. The bottom line is, the body works when you let it.
